At Suddenly Intimate, your privacy, safety, and satisfaction are important to us. Because we sell intimate and personal-use products that may come into contact with the body or bodily fluids, we maintain strict hygiene standards for all merchandise.

All Sales Are Final

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all sales of intimate products are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products due to:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product, size, color, flavor, or variation
Personal preference
Products that have been opened, handled, used, tested, worn, or removed from their original packaging
Products that may have come into contact with the body or bodily fluids

This policy helps protect the health and safety of every Suddenly Intimate customer by ensuring that intimate merchandise is not returned and resold.

We do not resell returned or previously used intimate products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, we want to make things right if there is a problem with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item missing from your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable

Please do not use the product if you believe it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After reviewing your claim, Suddenly Intimate may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Opened or Used Products

For health and sanitation reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged, including products that appear to have been exposed to bodily fluids.

If you believe an item is defective, discontinue use and contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, our All Sales Final policy applies.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer's warranty. When applicable, warranty claims may be subject to the manufacturer's individual requirements and procedures.

A manufacturer's warranty does not change Suddenly Intimate's hygiene-related return policy.

Promotional, Sale & Clearance Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, promotional, discounted, clearance, bundled, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Hygiene & Customer Safety

Our final-sale policy is designed to protect our customers.

Due to the personal nature of intimate merchandise and the possibility of contact with the body or bodily fluids, products cannot be placed back into inventory after purchase and potential use.
