After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Suddenly Intimate is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Some products may be shipped separately or fulfilled from different locations.

When available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.
