At Suddenly Intimate, we understand that privacy and discretion are especially important when ordering intimate products. We work to make your shopping and delivery experience as convenient, secure, and discreet as possible.

Suddenly Intimate fulfills orders both directly and through carefully selected third-party fulfillment and dropshipping partners. Because of this, shipping times, carriers, packaging, and fulfillment locations may vary depending on the products included in your order.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and the fulfillment location. Products fulfilled by one of our third-party partners are subject to that partner's processing schedule.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping/transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or provided after purchase are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may vary based on:

Product availability
Fulfillment location
Shipping destination
Shipping carrier
Weekends and holidays
Severe weather or service interruptions
High-volume periods
Third-party fulfillment processing
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and schedule.

Third-Party & Dropship Fulfillment

Some products available through Suddenly Intimate may be stored, packaged, and shipped directly to you by one of our authorized third-party fulfillment or dropshipping partners.

Although another fulfillment partner may physically prepare or ship your order, your purchase is made through Suddenly Intimate, and we remain your point of contact for questions concerning your Suddenly Intimate order.

Third-party fulfillment allows us to offer a broader selection of products without requiring every item to be stored at one location.

Because fulfillment partners may operate from different warehouses, processing times, shipping carriers, tracking procedures, and packaging may vary by product.

Orders May Arrive in Separate Packages

If your order contains multiple products, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

For example, an item stocked directly by Suddenly Intimate may be shipped separately from an item fulfilled by one of our third-party partners.

Receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.

When available, separate tracking information will be provided for separately shipped packages.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments after your purchase.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us.

Suddenly Intimate and our fulfillment partners are expected to use discreet shipping practices whenever available. Packages are generally shipped in plain or non-descriptive external packaging designed to protect the privacy of the contents.

Because some products are fulfilled by independent third-party partners, packaging styles, shipping labels, return addresses, and carrier information may vary.

We cannot guarantee that every carrier label, tracking page, financial statement, or third-party notification will display the Suddenly Intimate name.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment locations may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Suddenly Intimate is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays may occasionally occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, fulfillment delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact Us page so we can review the available tracking and fulfillment information.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your delivery location, including porches, side doors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and other secure areas.
Check with household members or others who may have accepted the package.
Verify the shipping address on your order.
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
Contact Suddenly Intimate if you still cannot locate the package.

We will assist with reviewing the available shipping information when possible.

A carrier's confirmed delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Lost or Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged, or you believe it was lost during shipping, please contact Suddenly Intimate as soon as possible.

Photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and affected merchandise may be required to investigate a claim.

Carrier and third-party fulfillment claim requirements may apply.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your shipment, please contact Suddenly Intimate within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Do not use a product if you believe it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns to Sender

Packages may be returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other carrier-related circumstances.

Because products may be shipped from third-party fulfillment centers, do not mail or return merchandise to an address appearing on the shipping package without first contacting Suddenly Intimate.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or eligible for reimbursement.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of customer-provided address information or delivery refusal.

Final Sale Notice

Because Suddenly Intimate sells personal-use and intimate products that may come into contact with the body or bodily fluids, all sales are final for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, except as otherwise required by applicable law or provided under our policy for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping rates may be based on the products ordered, destination, package size or weight, fulfillment location, carrier, or promotional offers available at the time of purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to particular states, territories, countries, or other locations because of supplier, carrier, legal, or logistical restrictions.

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel shipment when fulfillment cannot legally or reasonably be completed. If we cancel an order or item that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded.
